There’s also these protrusions sticking out it seems where the seagulls poked at it at which is odd in and of itself:
I saw this while walking along Topanga Canyon beach in Malibu. I saw seagulls (not unlike the one I sw dead later) poking at it and there was yellow bile/pus (?) coming out. What exactly is it???
